How we manage consent. On your first visit a banner appears with two equally-weighted choices, "Accept" and "Decline": until you choose, no measurement tool starts, no measurement cookie is set, and no request reaches Google or PostHog. Your choice is remembered on later visits. If we later publish Google's certified consent message (the platform integrated with Google AdSense, IAB TCF v2.2 standard), it will take over with the same effect.
With your consent: measurement. Only if you choose "Accept" do we enable Google Analytics 4 and PostHog's cookie-free statistics (EU servers): page views, interactions, reading times, traffic sources, and anonymous session recording (movements and clicks, with text fields masked), to understand how to improve the site. IP address anonymised, no Google Signals or ad personalisation. If you choose "Decline", or make no choice, neither one runs.
Advertising (Google AdSense). The site hosts advertising spaces served by Google. Depending on your choice, Google shows personalised ads (using cookies and advertising identifiers) or non-personalised ads. More on how Google uses data: policies.google.com.
